The Crew

movementcard-2 movementcard-3 This page is currently being build!

Getting a complete crewlist of Abbekerk turned out to be more difficult then I expected. I focused on her last voyage because there was a (partial) survivors list on the back of the Dutch Movement card. At that time there were 64 people aboard. I hope to get this list complete eventually. Some of the names are linked to articles on this or other websites.
Below the crewlist is a list of people that have been aboard Abbekerk for various reasons (gunner, evacuation etc.). This list will never be complete as there is no record of the 1700 plus people on board when she escaped from Tjilatjap.
